- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a meeting over the phone or by email, then we can set a time for service, or I can do it same day of meeting, after Im done cleaning I ask them to look around and see if they like it or if they need something else done. Last is payment they can do it same-day of service or they can mail it out to me. Cash, check or card.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad recommended me with a lady and she hires me a day after, I was only able to work on weekends because I was only 14 years old and since then I am been working through today, professionalism and honesty are the most important thing to succeed.
