Leaking plumbing, hang light fixtures, fans, etc. Repair a screen panel or two. Paint a room. Fix a hole in the drywall

I installed some Wainscoting in my Mother's home as well as in my own home. I also tiled my bathroom, the hall bathroom, and the laundry room.
