FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had an affinity with technology but before hand I was in the food and beverage industry. I like this to be known because I first had to be able to read and make sure customers were happy. One day, I woke up and wanted to get into what I enjoyed (technology) and proceeded forward. I do not believe I would have been as successful if I didn't have my prior customer service experience behind me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typical residential jobs include virus removals and data transfers. We live in a day and age where malware can easily be downloaded and devices are easily swapped for newer models. For business clients, I typically do network setups for printers and workstations via a main server. Cable running is common as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check who you are hiring. These days, there is a bunch of information on who you hire through various review sites to see the quality and level of work they offer. Do not be afraid to ask questions, I find that if the person you hire enjoys their job, they will show it in the answers they respond and if you hire, the quality of work that they do. If you are unsure about any responses you may get to the questions you have, call around. Even though we are a business and we want as many clients as possible, not getting your business can help grow a business through the experiences we have. Competition forces quality and level of service.
