Private dinner parties, in-home cooking classes, and vacation meals are what we do best. All your food is prepared in your home or rental property. You can ask your chef questions while he/she cooks or can simply enjoy doing other things knowing that your food is taken care of. We offer several styles of service to suit different groups, because some wants a casual buffet while others are looking for a seated dinner. Menus are fresh and locally based. We can inform you about what is available seasonally here so that you get the freshest ingredients. It doesn't stop there though. We have experiences in many cuisines such as Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, French, and of course, classic Southern. I have been cooking professionally for 15 yeas and am still amazed at how much I love food! I love the way it brings people together and brings joy to our lives. I talk, cook, grow, and eat food. Whether I'm gardening in the spring to pick you fresh lettuces or cooking in a home, I am the happiest around food. I can discuss the healthiest of substitutions and of the best desserts I've ever made or had. My clients are what makes my life grand though. Sharing the food that I love brings me such joy!
