Day 1: Jason's initial presentation provided me security, peace and trust, following my horrible experience as a Landlord. Additionally, Jason was very compassionate, understanding and was able to provide a viable plan to guarantee quick occupancy for top dollar.
Jason's day-to-day Executive Assistant, Erika, has been a "breathe of fresh" air. Erika possess unique characters and professionalism that can't be taught. We saw the property and met the property manager, Max, today. Although the dinning room is a little darker than we like, but the overall quality of the apartment is pretty good. Max was extremely sincere and pleasant. He will be the one we like to work with.
