Jason and his entire team values various work ethics that all clients and customers expect; premier professionalism, timeliness, patience, flexibility, subject matter experts on statistics, trends and historical/recent market data.
Day 1: Jason's initial presentation provided me security, peace and trust, following my horrible experience as a Landlord. Additionally, Jason was very compassionate, understanding and was able to provide a viable plan to guarantee quick occupancy for top dollar.
Jason's day-to-day Executive Assistant, Erika, has been a "breathe of fresh" air. Erika possess unique characters and professionalism that can't be taught. She has a very calm aura, patience and provide timeliness that is displayed on a consistent bases across the board. She is the heart-beat of the company which enables Jason and others to thrive and provide quality services.

We saw the property and met the property manager, Max, today. Although the dinning room is a little darker than we like, but the overall quality of the apartment is pretty good. Max was extremely sincere and pleasant. He will be the one we like to work with.
