I lesson to my customers. I lesson to what they are looking for in a home and I lesson to how much they want to spend. I find the home that is the closest to their wish list and I try to get all that for less than the money they want to spend. I negotiate the price for them and try to get all the closing cost paid for by the seller. I make it a win win for the seller and the buyer. I work with the lender and all who are involved to get the home closed in a timely manner. I am also there for them after the home closed with any questions they might have. I like helping customers find that dream home. I like showing homes and doing the research to find that home.
