- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers don't pay any agents fees, those are always paid for by the selling agent commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first and easiest step is getting together for 20 minutes so you can orient me with your situation and what you're looking for. I set you up to view all the available properties on the market so you have the widest selection of homes that meet your needs. Then we start looking at those you may be interested in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hundreds of hours of training from NAEA, National Association of Expert Advisors, real estate industry leaders, and a Certified Expert Real Estate Advisor. And additional hundreds of hours of State required continuing education classes, ethics courses and general field experience.
