Prompt and courteous service. Affordable rates. Excellent work. Exceeded our expectations. I called 7 tree service companies in Mt P for estimates on a day's worth of stump grinding and tree work. New Leaf was the only company that set an actual appointment time for the estimate. Marcello showed up the next morning on time and I promptly received a fair estimate via email from Jessica. They fit our project into their busy schedule for the following Saturday. Marcello arrived with the team in the morning and we went over everything before they started. The team did a thorough and efficient job taking care to avoid any damage to our driveway, foundation, underground utilities and even roots on healthy trees. Marcello came back to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction and the team was on their way after cleaning up the job site.

Bad tree serviceAfter scheduling appointment with New Leaf Tree service to grind up some tree stomps for us they did not show up at our home for 2 schedule appointments. I had to call each day to remind the owner Jessica that they were suppose to be at our home and grind our tree stomps. I also told her husband we needed it done on first appointment since we had landscaping being done next day. After calling several times and leaving voice mails I finally got Jessica on the phone. When she called me back it was from a mobile phone # in Florence which was odd since their business is in MT Pleasant? Her excuse was on the first appointment they were delay on another job and I asked why no one called me back and got no answer but sorry and they would be their first thing tomorrow morning to grind your stomps. Next day got home that afternoon New leaf not shown up again and no phone call sorry we are running late. Had call her again several times and the excuse this time was she had scheduling error. After they finally got to our home they were grinding one of our tree stomps they hit our irrigation line and when we called and left them message about the irrigation line.WE were told they would not reimburse us for the irrigation line. Would highly recommend using a different tree service!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. I personally strive to provide good customer service to everyone but I acknowledge I dropped the ball on this one and apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience it may have caused you. We did grind all of your stumps and even some extra roots and gave you a generous discount for the trouble. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to ameliorate the situation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had a massive dead tree covered in vines, located deeply between three houses; five different arborists & tree companies said either "no way" or "we cannot do this job", then we managed to get a quote from one company, but they wanted $15,500. I found a coupon for New Leaf, said we've got nothing to lose, might as well call, and they came out the very next morning and gave me a quote for $5500!?! Literally saved the company 10 grand like a boss, but if we hadn't removed the tree, it would have been far more than 10 grand, as that thing was going to come down real soon. The owner came over and showed me a video of a split going all the way to the top. Seriously, I cannot recommend this company enough. I called them the other day to come remove a stump at our other business location, and shall I ever need anything AT ALL done to a tree, hell, even if I have a question about a tree in general, they will be the first I call.
