I have worked with Mike for nearly 10 years. He designed my business website and has maintained through the many incarnations throughout the years. He has always been responsive and innovative. I asked him to help us in marketing a new project and his product was exactly what we needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I estimate the time I think the project will take and multiply that by my hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a conversation to determine the scope of the project. Then I will generate a quote. Once the quote is accepted and 1/2-1/3 payment is made, I begin work. Since I specialize in smaller projects everything can move fairly quickly, assuming the client is prepared.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started almost 20 years ago as copy writer, ran a series of small to mid-size web firms before downsizing to just myself about 10 years ago.
