- What types of customers have you worked with?
I regularly go to their business, often as a secret shopper and get a real feel. I have a meeting with all employees THEN the mang/owners to go over all the great things I found and make a plan of action to achieve better or desired results moving forward. We discuss the steps and the level of our involvement. Once agreed, we get to work and don't stop until we both are satisfied with the results. We often have a fun congratulations party afterwards too to celebrate all your teams hard work with ours.
