I gotta say, I am so confused as to how their could be ANY bad reviews for this company! I moved down here from out of state with my family and we have come across some really awful and just pure bad luck.. weve had different exterminators come out and leave us with more questions than answers.. it was so disheartening, and to be honest we were starting to lose hope. Tia responded to an add I put on FB.. I was desperate. They came RIGHT out to me! They did a Thorough inspection, they answered every single question I had and threw their way... and when they left.. even though it was just an inspection.. I already was starting to FEEL better, hopeful, and RELIEVED!When they left they left with a PLAN! no matter which way the wind was blowing here we had a plan and not only present steps but FUTURE steps! Now THATS what Im talking about! Its been about 2 days since theyve come back and treated my apartment and I cant even tell you guys how much BETTER we are all feeling now and we are actually Sleeping! I have 3 kids and it has been such a good feeling to see them sleep in peace now. I WILL refer and continue to refer this company to everyone and anyone I know because their are not companies out there anymore who actually take the time to get your issue resolved!THANKYOU to the owners for personallyComing out and inspecting the entire situation and treating our home safely and professionally! Thankyou for also checking in with us to make sure everything is going according to plan! THANKYOU guys! I was thoroughly happy with this company they are the best I cant believe anymore would give them a bad review. I had rats under my crawlspace they were persistent and very reasonable.i would reccomend them 100 % Thank you for all you've done for us
