Hi Anna Lee, There are not enough words to express my sorrow for missing your event! My pour joy is to make people happy so believe me how upset I was to have no control of canceled & delayed flights. I did not lie about my residency. I live off Green Rd. but I do travel in this line of work and due tp the weather up north things were in array but I did manage to used a computer at the airport to notify you. in the a.m. because of poor network connection at the airport. I took payment in advance because of the late book(within 5 days) but your payment & tip was refunded and deducted from my account the 2nd of Jan. I sent you a copy of the refund policy which is 2-7 business days and may have been delayed because of the backup of processing because of two holidays (Christmas & New Years) is what I was told from square up I am sorry if you believe you have got scammed but believe me that is not the case!
