Alexis Boone was no call no show for appointment for face painting for 8 children. She took payment and tip in advance and never refunded us. She lied about where she lives to us. She told us via text she would refund us. Scheduled appointment was December 16th.

There are not enough words to express my sorrow for missing your event! My pour joy is to make people happy
so believe me how upset I was to have no control of canceled & delayed flights.
I did not lie about my residency. I live off Green Rd. but I do travel in this line of work and due tp the weather up north things were in array but I did manage to used a computer at the airport to notify you. in the a.m. because of poor network connection at the airport.
I took payment in advance because of the late book(within 5 days) but your payment & tip was refunded and deducted from my account the 2nd of Jan.
I sent you a copy of the refund policy which is 2-7 business days and may have been delayed because of the backup of processing because of two holidays (Christmas & New Years) is what I was told from square up
I am sorry if you believe you have got scammed but believe me that is not the case!
