- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off the market value. I try to stay competitive with the big box stores.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet a customer, I like to find out what issues they're having or what opportunity that they have that I can better assist them with. For instance, if a customer had a dishwasher that was not draining before I would disconnect and reinstall a new dishwasher, I would try to find what the problem is first to see if they're willing to just fix what's wrong or replace the whole unit altogether saving the customer time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I worked at Lowe's I received my career readiness training in plumbing and electrical. I have hands on training from the jobs that I've worked on.
