FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price per hour is for standard labor per person. Anything that exceeds standard labor (plumbing, electrical, drainage, or heights) will be billed at additional rates. It is the customers responsibility to verify rates prior to hiring contractor. It is best practice to receive a written/documented estimate from contractor for all work Contractor is to perform prior to hiring contractor. Contractor is not responsible for customers misinterpretation of labor rates outside of documented estimate and acceptance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment to physically review scope of work located at the premises. We do not provide estimates without putting eyes on the scope of work. Discuss all concerns relative to scope of work. Document and measure all elements pertaining to scope of work. Provide written/documented estimate.
