My name is Joseph with Zinna Handyman Services. I have been doing high quality custom remodels in the grand strand for the last six years. Before that I was doing remodels and home repairs in Columbia for eight years. I am licensed, insured, and very experienced. I started a smaller scale company so that I could help people out with the jobs that none of the big companies want to take. My specialty is small to medium sized projects.

I hired Joseph to install a ceiling fan and a couple shower curtain rods, and before the end of the day, I hired him to come back and do jobs other contractors didn’t want to do. He has done everything from installing fans, to repairing drywall, removing tile, painting, installing flooring, installing toilets and fixing leaks. He is knowledgeable, talented and just an overall great guy. I’ve already hired him for more improvements and will continue to call Joseph as I need improvements done. I’m adding only a few photos for now since I am not done putting my whole house together yet.

I had restored and old porch swing for my wife that was originally from her grandmother's house. (A gift she will be seeing when she gets home from work today for the first time since she was a young girl) I was struggling with finding the best way to mount and hang it securely and esthetically. I couldn't find the stud underneath the vinyl and plywood that was hung using a stud finder. I sought out help and Joseph absolutely knocked it out of the park. He did an amazing job. It looks like the swing was always there. He even took the time to sit on the swing with me for several minutes to make sure it was safe and secure for me and my family. Thank you again Joseph for your knowledge and work. He is a problem solver and will definitely make sure you are completely satisfied before he leaves the job site. God bless you my friend.
