Our services include maintenance cleaning, ( weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), deep cleans, seasonal and move ins and move outs. If your home is being remodeled we will do a post construction cleaning. We work with residential property owners to clean their vacation rentals. After our team has completed their cleaning we walk through with the client and our check list to insure all has been completed to a clients satisfaction. Our standard cleaning includes outside of appliances,, inside microwave, counters, cabinets, bathrooms top to bottom, window sills, dusting baseboards and general dusting, sweeping and mopping. We do inside and outside of sliders as well.

Brandi was very attempted to my needs. She came over and actually looked at the space before giving me a quote. Her price is amazing and she actually left some spots and came back and did it for free because everybody has an off day and it was her off day and she came back and fixed it and I appreciated that That is what you want in a professional person. We make mistakes and we we fix it and that’s what I like to see her and Heather were wonderful Heather cleaned the top and the bottom they did everything they needed to. I love them and I will use them in the future and you should too. Great hard workers and they did the job very well. I recommend them for anybody looking to clean house homes hotels anything they can do it all. And they will do it well.

They did a deap clean on my house after I moved out. It wasn't an easy job but they did an amazing job! I couldn't believe how good my house looked! I'm sure the new owners had to be happy.

I had a deep cleaning scheduled and there was a miscommunication with the team that came but Randi sent a new team very next day and took care of it all! I am so pleased with the thorough deep clean they did and how she made it right! I am 9 months pregnant so i wanted a deep cleaned home before my baby is here and they did just that! Look forward to having them come back every 2 weeks until I am recovered. Thanks again really happy with the results!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For house cleaning I will do either a fixed price or an hourly rate. Fixed pricing is usually for recurring service, vacation rentals, deep cleans and post construction cleaning. For organizing and estate sales it is a fixed price and a commission on the sale of furniture and other household goods.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first speak to a new client I always want to first know what their needs and expectations are. Once I know the scope of work I suggest my coming to their home for a free estimate or, if that isn't possible, I will estimate on the phone. Listening well is key in the process. .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an organizer and estate sale professional I always referred clients out to have their home cleaned after my project was completed. Over the years I decided that my company following through to the end of a project, which meant house cleaning, was a better course of action for us.
