Discounts Available: -Recurring service discounts (bi-weekly or monthly) -Special seasonal promotions (shared on our social media) Extras & Add-Ons: - Services like window cleaning or laundry (for beach houses) may have an added fee. -First-time or deep cleanings may be priced differently due to the extra time and detail involved. -All cleaning supplies and equipment are included in our rate. -We’ll always communicate clearly about pricing before we start. How We Work With New Clients We like to keep things easy and friendly: 1. Reach Out – Call or text us to tell us what you’re looking for. You can also send the link to your home (if it’s a rental or listing). 2. Free In-Person Quote – We’ll stop by to see the space and give you a no-obligation, customized estimate. 3. Flexible Scheduling – Once you’re ready, we’ll book a time that fits your routine. 4. First Cleaning – We show up on time, with all the supplies, and take care of everything. 5. Follow-Up – We’ll check in after the cleaning to make sure you’re happy and talk about next steps. We’re here to help make your space shine and your day a little easier!
