- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is as agreed with the client. We usually evaluate the customer's home before passing the price if there is a need for an extra service we will communicate the customer we do nothing without the permission of the owner of the house but the first cleaning is always good to be doing an extra cleaning or deep clean for future cleanings to go maintaining the quality of our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show how my cleaning is daily I do not change I always follow the pattern of my company. And I do extra as the new customer asked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My entire team is prepared to treat all clients in the best possible way.
