We contacted this company after firing a contractor to fix our floor and ceiling after our air conditioner damaged them, they came the same day gave us an amazing price and did the work all in one day. They just have to come finish painting the ceiling today! Thank you so much for your amazing work.

I had wanted to screen in my balcony and had a few estimates, but after MDHI re-did the balcony/deck of the condo above mine, I had him come down and give me estimate. I also asked what the estimate would be if he also did the flooring and railing.
I am so glad I did it all!
Odaine and his team were incredibly hard workers: polite, knowledgeable and efficient!
Odaine also made a few suggestions in some other small improvements around my unit (will probably have them install a slider for my half bath in the future) that I did decide to ask him to do those little projects !!
I am so pleased with Odaine and his team: they’re polite, knowledgeable and attentive to detail!
