Our HOA in Pawleys Island contracted with Two Hands & a Brush to complete a major exteriorpainting project involving (12) quad-unit condo buildings, (12) four car garages and several community structures. From the initial proposal through project completion, Kevin and his crew demonstrated professionalism and organization. His crew was respectful of residents and guests, mindful of commonarea guidelines, and consistently maintained a clean and orderly work environment. They coordinated seamlessly with our board and property management team, communicated schedule updates, and handled the challenges of a multibuilding community with ease. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They also came back at completion for a thorough inspection and touch ups. Each building was prepped, painted with care, and completed on schedule. The finished results look great! We would strongly recommend Two Hands and a Brush to anyone looking for a reliable and professional painting contractor. Kevin and his team delivered excellent results and a smooth experience for both the board and our residents.
