On a Saturday afternoon in the middle of a thunderstorm, I had an emergency with my Mom’s sliding glass door and I was unable to close or fix it myself. I received an immediate response and in 30 minutes the doorbell rang. The problem was temporarily (and amazingly) resolved, and I was left better educated about what to do next, than I was before.
