When I ordered this bed I was so worried. I didn't know who or how I was going to put it together. Chris was exceptional. He was even fixed my dryer vent while he was here. I appreciated that because it was another one of those things causing me anxiety. I will definitely be using this company again. I have some more projects in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I stand behind our VETERANS giving a 10% dicount on all services. Standard service call is $75.00. If the job will require more than a typical service call than a free estimate will be done with no service call fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part will be to introduce the company. After establishing a good communication plan with the customer we will determine the size of project with a free estiamte either over the phone or in person if possible. If the customer awards us the contract we will then set agreed upon price and then agreed upon time to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in the construction industry. I am also a Civil Engineer focused in Construction Discipline. I have the training and education to make sure every project is managed, built, and finished on time and within budget as well as done up to complete OSHA standards and local codes.
