I am doing the happiest of happy dances over my new closet! It’s something I’ve wanted for a long time, and Troy, Dena, LeAnn, and Lamar made it a reality! I inquired on Thumbtack last winter to get ideas, and Troy (the owner) responded personally. Before I knew it, awesome Miss LeAnn and I were working up designs at my kitchen table. The price is very reasonable, and she created exactly what I envisioned! Fast forward a few months of waiting (CAD to get it perfect, supply chain issues, etc.) and Lamar single-handedly knocked it out of the park! He was friendly, fast, and installed it with expert precision. The entire team went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend them every time. For any closet/cabinet design project, don’t go anywhere else, y’all!

The closet design was beautiful and worth every penny. The experience itself was just “ok”. The sales experience was average. It was hard to know when the closet would get set up as they can’t provide a time until the day of.

My Custom Walk in Closet is gorgeous, I love it. The owners and staff are amazing. I plan on getting my laundry room and garage designed and installed by them also . They are the best quality and value in custom closets in South a Carolina.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to stay within all budgets but offer upgrades and accessories if the client wants them. We've done small linen cabinets all the way to a closet the size of a 4 car garage, and everything in between.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to your needs, draw up designs, a range of pricing and work hard to meet your needs. Over 30% of our clients come back for a 2nd (or 3rd) project after they love the first one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every person in our organization is highly trained and is an employee, not a subcontractor. We hold monthly training meetings to make sure we are up to date on the latest construction techniques and newest accessory offerings.
