- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most open decks, we can offer an estimate on-site. For larger jobs that are more involved including roofs, obstacles and custom work, a price range will be provided following a Design Phase, should the homeowner want to continue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone conversation about budget, timeline and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
