Matthew came on time, did a wonderful job installing my fans and dimmers, and an electrical switch. He explained what he was planning to do, asked for my input, and gave suggestions about switch control. i could not have asked for more-and they were reasonable! i asked for their card and will use them again!

Steven Garner did an absolutely amazing job on my house. He installed a ceiling fan and switch and it turned out to be a harder and more intense job than planned, and he stayed until it was done and did NOT even change the quote he gave me. whereas everybody would have. He keeps his word and is honest and does great work. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs any type of work done. I am very pleased with the work he has done. He is super friendly and explains everything that is going to be done or what needs to be done still. He arrives on time and worked around my schedule. Steve arrived on the arranged date and time to install three ceiling fans. His rates were reasonable and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and worked in a reasonable amount of time to get the job done. He was also helpful to answer questions we had about other electrical issues Leslie, in the office, was equally efficient in making arrangements. I needed 9 ceiling fans and two garage door openers installed.
I spoke with Steve, told him what needed to be done. He told me he would be at my house at a specific time to make certain he as clear on what would need to be done. He showed up right on time, walked through the house, gave me a price and we scheduled a time for it to be done.
Steve and his guys showed up as scheduled and completed the job 100%. They asked several times if there was anything else they could help with as we're moving into a new home. The two guys that did most of the Installations even took some old boxes away for us.
The customer service and work were top notch. We will finely use Best Electric again and would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of having work done.
