FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward, transparent, and based on the specific needs of your home—no one-size-fits-all quotes. We provide detailed estimates so you know exactly what you’re paying for, with no hidden fees or surprise charges. We occasionally offer promotions or discounts, and we’re always happy to let you know what’s currently available. Our goal isn’t to be the cheapest—it’s to provide the best value by combining quality materials, skilled workmanship, and reliable service that saves you money long-term. If anything comes up that could affect pricing, we communicate it clearly before moving forward, so you’re always in control and fully informed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, clear, and designed to make things easy for you from start to finish. First, we start with a conversation to understand your needs and answer any initial questions. From there, we schedule a convenient time to come out and take a look at your home. Next, we perform a thorough on-site evaluation and provide a detailed, transparent estimate. We’ll walk you through your options, explain our recommendations, and make sure you feel confident moving forward—no pressure. Once the deposit is received, we order your materials and schedule the work after they arrive, at a time that works for you. Our team shows up on time, completes the job with attention to detail, and keeps you informed throughout the process. Finally, we do a walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations and clean up the area so your home looks great. We also stand behind our work, so if you ever need us after the job is done, we’re just a call away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained through a combination of hands-on experience and ongoing industry education. We’ve spent years working in the field, learning the best installation techniques, troubleshooting common issues, and staying up to date with the latest materials and methods. We also train our crews on proper safety practices, product knowledge, and manufacturer guidelines to ensure every job is done correctly and efficiently. This includes understanding drainage systems, roofline integration, and how to prevent common problems like clogs, leaks, and water damage. Beyond technical skills, we focus on customer service training as well—so you’re working with professionals who communicate clearly, respect your property, and take pride in their work.
