- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel as if every job is different and new. It’s very hard to put a price on something you haven’t seen. This is why we offer free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s nice to meet the client and get a feel for what is best for their needs. Things like, do they have children? Pets? Are there stairs in the home. There is an array of products out there to provide the best protection for your Hardwood Floors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a family of builders. Helping from the time I was 13 years old in the summers and on weekends. I enjoyed so much, working with the wood floors. I felt it was the foundation of the home. FW Hardwood Floors,LLC is now over 35 years old.
