Introduction: I am a client driven service provider - not a commission driven agent. I don't push my listings to my Buyers; as a matter of fact I avoid dual agency (when representing buyer and seller in a transaction) because I don't feel I can properly represent either party in that situation.
When I am representing my Buyer, I am negotiating hard for the best deal possible for them. When I am representing my Seller, I am negotiating hard for top dollar for a successful sale. My representation in the transaction is fully professional and thorough. There is a difference.
I LOVE real estate! As a real estate investor I absolutely love seeing properties "in the rough" and seeing the potential. My experience with real estate rehabbing enables me to share that vision with my clients. Likewise, I am very cognizant of market values and making sure my clients know the value of their home and the potential value of the investment. As a Listing Agent I am very forward with assuring my Sellers that the listing is not over-priced and yet priced right to achieve their selling goals - selling fast for optimum dollars.
