- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial price for mounting TVs is is $85.00 any additional TV mounting in the same house would be half price. we Dynamically price Security Camera installs on a job to job basis, based on a company internal pricing matrix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client initial intake consists of a brief description of our services, and a subsequent conversation on how we may be able to meet the needs of that customer. following the acceptance of a job we promptly make contact and schedule the job for the earliest time which we are working within their area, we contact again the day of the appointment to confirm again before the work takes place and finally Arrival is prompt and on time, new and old costumers are encouraged to share their feedback and leave us a review based on their level of satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Company is Veteran owned and operated, the owner has a Bachelors degree in computer science, and has over 15 years of experience in this job field. all employees are up to date in all relevant job training and company internal conduct and courtesy classes are held each quarter. above all else our techs are clean, prompt and show up to each job with a positive attitude and a solid work ethic.
