he was very professional,he walked me through process of how he does the cleaning showed me the special machine that scrubs and brings up the dirt also fluffs up the fibers as well can honestly say looks almost brand new even though carpet is 20 plus years old, had been putting off for long time am really glad i went with born again carpet cleaning job well done thank you again
