Wow! I am so incredibly happy with the work Carlos and his team did for us. From the beginning, Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable, open minded, and solutions oriented. We talked about my goal for my deck and he was able to deliver.
During the demo of my old deck, I had an idea on the layout of the new one, and he didn’t criticize or complain about a change in plans. He regularly checked in with us and updated us on the timeline for completion. And with that timeline, it was a quick turn around and he was true to his word. He showed up every morning at 8am and worked despite the bad weather.
Carlos and his team also installed a subfloor for our clubhouse we are building. It was important that the floor be strong since the plan is to put in a pool table. I can confidently say that we could park a tank in there and the floors wouldn’t even creak.
The crew also had such attention to detail. They sanded all the railings to prevent splinters, and the deck is perfectly level. They truly built it as if it was the most important project of their careers.
I can’t recommend Carlos’s team enough. The value and hard work they put into their projects is a rarity these days. You won’t regret choosing them for your next project.
