In short, it was all but a professional experience. The work quality was not as expected from a professional. It was very difficult communicating with Jackelyn as she didn't seem to understand basic professional practices such as invoicing, deposits, client downloads and deliverables. A process that normally takes a day or so, took weeks. We would not use her services again.

Sorry you feel that way. It was not as professional as anticipated from the beginning with you being from a “church”. Very, unorganized. Was very unpleasant since travel of course, was a “courtesy”. But all is well.
