What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact is originated by customer after checking with friends, family, neighbors and current and former customers of my business (personal referrals) or through advertising media ie. vehicle ID, business cards or social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Thumbtack, & business website. Professional discussions follow this contact and the job is scheduled or a jobsite visit is scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of high school, college, trade courses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Excited to run my own business bringing a lifetime of enthusiasm and experience for the trade.

Home owners, commercial customers, rental agencies and HOA's
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Touched on multiple jobs requiring a high level of skill to both interior and exterior work for multiple trades for the same customer. Majority of my customers hire me for additional work and expand the scope of work even before completing the original job.

Check out the creds, the character and experience and talk it out.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The work timeframe, training, specialized knowledge and professionalism brought to the marketplace.
