- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are affordable for the single parent, the middle class worker or the average working individual that just do not have time to clean, or organize.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basic meet and greet with introduction, check their living geographic just so I’ll know the area I’m working in. I need to know if their pets in the home. If so just need them safety out the way. Also I will like for you to wear mask when communicating with me and my employees. I also understand if you chose not too wear but please practice social distancing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience cleaning from the age of 11 cleaning construction sites. I’ve been cleaning with my license since 2016. I train myself by being proactive with every cleaning service I provide. As well as research things clients may need.
