The former landscaping contractor we had been using had not serviced our property in over a month and a half, despite receiving payment. The grass was completely overgrown and thick. I started to do a search on Thumbtack and Glonek responded within the hour. We spoke on the phone and discussed what we needed to have done. His pricing was reasonable and he told me he could have his guys out the next day. True to his word, his guys came out the next day and serviced the property. Everything looks great. The whole process was smooth and he was very honest and straightforward. We are going to move on from the former contractor and make the switch to Glonek as our regular landscaper.
