- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees may apply for long distance. Discounts are given for referrals and repeat customers. All taxes are included in the prices shown. A 50% down payment is needed for repairs over $150. 1 hour minimum at $25 per hour for phone repair 1 hour minimum at $50 per hour for residential computer repair 2 hour minimum at $110 per hour for commercial computer services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, and even returning customers, we will walk you through the process in order to make the repair as seamless as possible. We understand that life is already hectic enough and can become very stressful the longer you have to go without your phone or computer. We strive to get your repair done same day if possible but typically we are very flexible with your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my education in the computer science field but the courses and fieldwork that I was doing at the time dictated that I could learn more by simply practicing on my own devices and learning on my own by reading manuals and reference texts. Since then I have simply gained experience by performing field work for more than 10+ years.
