My wife was having issues with her laptop and it only took him about 15 minutes before he had the issue resolved. Cant beat the professionalism and not beating around the bush mentality! Definitely will be back

New Tek Technologies was excellent! My mom decided to go back to school and bought a brand new laptop had no clue where to start with it, Stephen set it up installed all the proper virus products and all the programs she would need to succeed in her classes and explained how it worked! He was patient and nice and did a great job!

    I minored in computer science and held two technical positions during college, giving me hands-on experience in IT support, systems management, and customer-facing tech services. Since then, I’ve continued to build on that background through practical experience — running four businesses and helping clients with everything from computer repair to website creation and secure remote support.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have a background in business ownership and technology and have always been passionate about helping people get the most out of their devices. I started by helping friends, family, and business contacts with computer setup, repair, and troubleshooting. Over time, I expanded into building websites, providing tech consulting, and offering remote support for a wide range of computer issues. Now I bring that same personalized service to every client I work with.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Look for someone who takes the time to understand your needs before jumping into solutions. Good communication is key in tech services — whether it’s helping with a password issue, building a website, or setting up a new PC. Be wary of “too good to be true” offers, especially when buying used equipment or hiring for repair work. Ask questions, and choose a provider who is transparent about what can be done and what cannot.
