FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I ask for half upfront. For larger projects. Designing anything from the very beginning takes a lot of time. The actual designs have value. The creative process flows so much more freely when I dont have to worry about getting paid. If you meet me in the middle we carry that burden of 'risk' together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to be as consultative as we can, especially with new customers. With a lot of designs, its hard for a client to communicate their ideas. So we try to explain that some back-and-forth is normal. We'll submit our designs to you. You'll say "Can we try this color or that font?" A good design tends to evolve and as a new customer, its good to have realistic expectations about the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enroll in a lot of classes And webinars online to learn new techniques and follow the latest trends.
