- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very up front with our pricing. If you call to get an estimate for your service we can give you an estimate. Some services will need more attention to detail and we will have to give you an estimate upon completion of an inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is we meet with our customers either over the phone or in person depending on service. We prepare a service checklist so when we enter our customer service relationship we all have clear expectation on what is going to happen. We always show up prepared to work. We perform the tasks. Make sure the customer is happy with the work that has been completed. We stand behind our services so if there are any issues we will fix them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent hundreds of hours in customers homes performing inspections. I have spent hundreds of hours in classrooms learning how I can provide better services for our customers. I have trained every technician that works for me so there will be concise services provided and no questions asked as to what should be done at a house.
