Introduction: hello I'm Joshua rice Army veteran and I started my HVAC career in 2016 after completing a technical training school where I obtained my EPA 608 Universal certification. Since then I've worked for heating and air companies in the Spartanburg Greenville area. I'm currently doing apartment maintenance where my main focus is maintaining the 388 units that we have on the property. My ethos is integrity Do what's right, legally and morally. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Joshua. Some ductwork around my air conditioner was leaking and the insulation was soaked. I didn’t know what to do so I reached out to Joshua through Thumbtack. He could’ve easily come to my house and charged me hundreds of dollars, but rather he diagnosed the problem over the phone and guided me through a simple solution. This to me is the ultimate in professionalism. I was extremely impressed with his patience and honesty. So, I’m writing this positive review of Joshua even though he never actually came to my house. Rather, he chose to show unmitigated integrity by helping me out over the phone at no cost, something unheard of this day and age. If you are reading this trying to decide between Joshua and another technician on Thumbtack, I implore you to choose Joshua. From now on, if I need an HVAC contractor, he will absolutely be my go to.

Joshua was more than what we expected with his quick assessment of the issue, repairing the units in a timely manner, the value and the way he went ABOVE and beyond to explain more things to us that he didn’t have to. I contacted Joshua about an issue with my washer. He responded very timely and was at my home within an hour after responding! Talk about fast service! Not only did he inform me of my issue with my dryer, he serviced my HVAC system and gave me a quote on a few other projects. He is very thorough & takes the time to explain everything. I am waiting on parts for the dryer. He showed me the price of one provider & then advised me to check on another site, which was 3x cheaper. He reviewed the parts description before I ordered to ensure that everything matched what I needed. His prices are incredibly reasonable & his service is top notch.
