Excellent communication from start to finish. He let me know ahead of time that he’d be about 30 minutes late, which I appreciated. He fixed the freezer door quickly and made a leveling adjustment to the door. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but the work was done right and the freezer is working perfectly again. Five stars.
