Sergei was hired to install 9 replacement windows. The company I ordered them from sent one of their employees to measure all the windows so they would fit properly. Unfortunately, when Sergei went to install them, the windows were significantly smaller than what they should have been. Sergei figured out how to correct the problem, insulate and install my windows. They are securely sealed, insulated and hanging beautifully in my house. The job should have only taken a day, but due to the issues he faced, it required an extra very long day. He and his team were extremely professional, respectful and friendly as we worked through each obstacle. I will definitely have him back to help with more remodeling jobs!
