The response time from this company was great. They appeared very professional and eager to assist. They visited the property for a preview, promptly sent a quote, and followed up to see if I had any questions. I let them know I planned to obtain a few more quotes, and they went above and beyond by even providing a list of additional cleaning companies. However, after speaking with my aunt, who was the one who had actually met them at the property in my absence, expressed that she was thoroughly impressed, and after discussing with my sister—who also recommended them based on their stellar reviews—I decided not to pursue additional quotes. I approved the quote and received a prompt email thanking me for my approval, indicating that they would be in touch soon with next steps. That email was received on July 4. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again. I followed up with two text messages, but there was no reply. I was genuinely surprised by the complete lack of communication. Even if they were busy, a simple message to let us know they were still planning to do the job would have gone a long way. Sadly, that did not happen.

What an amazing team! ReFreshly is our go-to now for cleaning and organizing. Their work is indescribably great! Please choose Ashley and her team. You will never regret it. I found Ashley on Nextdoor in the middle of a really horrible, disorganized move. One of the movers quit after 2.5 hours because his boss called him on the carpet. They were extremely disorganized, but, to be fair, my brother and I are both disabled, so we could have been better prepared. I knew I needed a good deep clean on the apartment, reached out to Ashley, and set up our appointment. I’m speaking with her over the phone, I knew we were in great hands. She emailed me the estimate (VERY reasonable), and agreed to arrive the next morning. When Ashley and her husband walked in, a calm came over me. They are kind, professional, caring people. The movers had arrived late, again, but the two of them worked around the movers gracefully. Once they were done, everything was SPOTLESS and smelled great! They truly worked a miracle that day. Wonderful, wonderful work !! As it turned out, the movers had left more behind. Ashley’s husband reached out to a friend of theirs who agreed to pick up the remaining things and transfer them to our new apartment that evening. He was, also, very kind and asked for a reasonable fee. They even dropped me off at the leasing office to turn in our keys! I refused to pay just the quote, due to the quality of their work. Well worth what we paid!! Ashley and Wes feel like family now. They are beautiful humans running a phenomenal business. We will continue to work with ReFreshly, utilizing their organizational and cleaning skills as well. I do not think you could do any better than ReFreshly!
