What an amazing team! ReFreshly is our go-to now for cleaning and organizing. Their work is indescribably great! Please choose Ashley and her team. You will never regret it. I found Ashley on Nextdoor in the middle of a really horrible, disorganized move. One of the movers quit after 2.5 hours because his boss called him on the carpet. They were extremely disorganized, but, to be fair, my brother and I are both disabled, so we could have been better prepared. I knew I needed a good deep clean on the apartment, reached out to Ashley, and set up our appointment. I’m speaking with her over the phone, I knew we were in great hands. She emailed me the estimate (VERY reasonable), and agreed to arrive the next morning. When Ashley and her husband walked in, a calm came over me. They are kind, professional, caring people. The movers had arrived late, again, but the two of them worked around the movers gracefully. Once they were done, everything was SPOTLESS and smelled great! They truly worked a miracle that day. Wonderful, wonderful work !! As it turned out, the movers had left more behind. Ashley’s husband reached out to a friend of theirs who agreed to pick up the remaining things and transfer them to our new apartment that evening. He was, also, very kind and asked for a reasonable fee. They even dropped me off at the leasing office to turn in our keys! I refused to pay just the quote, due to the quality of their work. Well worth what we paid!! Ashley and Wes feel like family now. They are beautiful humans running a phenomenal business. We will continue to work with ReFreshly, utilizing their organizational and cleaning skills as well. I do not think you could do any better than ReFreshly!
