58 foundations stand behind their work. I recently had my crawl space encapsulated with a sump pump and dehumidifier installed and 58 foundations did a wonderful job. It's been about 6 months and we noticed that the sump pump wasn't discharging anymore. I called for a service call and within 2 days service technician Steven O'Dell came out and found that the sump pump was burt out. He installed a new one the same day which was covered by the warranty and the service call was covered. Steven was very respectful,timely, and informative about what to pay attention to with our crawl space and when we need them to come out. Their service at 58 foundations go far beyond just the installation work, they guarantee everything and stand behind that guarantee.

Stephen O 'Dell was on time. Went in crawlspace and inspected everything as he was in crawlspace he let my husband know what needed done. He was friendly and we felt comfortable with him in our home. A Great technician.

Stephen did a great job. Very professional. Explained things so well. Was right on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. If you have water under your house - call these people. They do good work and stand by it.
