I basically had an emergency. I had a delivery and thought it was just a tv which came in a box, but it was a heavy desk. When I tried to move it, it was heavy and it started to fall and it fell in the middle of my front my doorway. Because it was hard for me to move, I needed help just to move it out of the doorway. I called other places but they needed 24 hour notice which did not work for me. Meaning I would have to leave my front door open over night, because this unassembled desk was stuck in the doorway. I contacted thumbtack and Upstate Jack of Trades responded quickly, I was happy! I explained the situation and he also asked if I needed the desk assembled and he ended up putting my desk together for me as well! Definitely will use them again. Julie
