- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have a set menu of prices I usually go by. But it depends on what the client needs. For example, an eyebrow I usually charge $18 if it involves more work (trimming, tweezing, reshaping), and if it is just a quick removal of stray hairs, I charge $10
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning ANY service, whether with a new or existing client I do a consultation with whatever service they are getting. Especially with a new client, I make sure I go over an allergies/contraindications to make sure that they are able to receive the service they want. So the steps : 1. Consultation 2. Review the service, make sure the client knows what there getting into 3. Perform the service. 4. Make sure the Client is happy with the service they got.
