Honestly customers told me this was the rate I should be charging for the level of knowledge and skill I have. I appreciate they had and now continue to have that much faith in me

I tried to get to know them and their communication style. I tried to figure out what their overall need is and their end goal
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree but most importantly I have been actively doing this for almost 30 years challenging myself for fun hooking up networks, computer rebuilds, and stuff nobody wants to do the whole time
