- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as reasonable as possible and if applicable I may be able to offer a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process consists of starting with a friendly greeting and gathering information about the job as well as a first/last name along with a good phone number, address, and email address. Afterwards, I will go over different solutions and pricing to best fit your needs. I will then get approval from you and start the work. Once completed I will collect payment and send you an invoice if you wish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been been plumbing since 2020 and have gathered a vast knowledge of different plumbing problems.
