Jay did a great job for my family and I when we had some pipes burst in our home.. This is the 2nd time I have used him and he has come through both times and completed the jobs top notch no complaints. We will definitely be using him for our plumbing needs.

I loved everything about Jay. He listened to my concerns, offered explanations, showed me everything he was doing every step of the way. He went above and beyond by fixing small problems he found that I didn’t even really realize were problems. He offered his opinion on other work I need to have done. I had a leak and spent a few hours trying to repair it before realizing I would need a plumber. I got on Thumbtack and sent a message to a few people around 7pm. Jay with Get Rite responded right away and even sent his phone number for me to call to better explain the issue. He said if he wanted he could come over and take a look that same evening. He came over within an hour, determined what needed to be done, and fixed the issue. From the time I messaged to the time he left my house was less than 2.5 hours. He explained everything he was doing as he went and showed me the condition of the parts that needed replacement. He also communicated that if I noticed any issue whatsoever to call him right away and he would make sure to take care of it. In addition to being extremely responsive and providing quality work, he also gave my dog lots of pets, which she loved. Will definitely be using this business again.

Had a pipe burst from the ridiculous southern snowpocalypse. My stress and panic level was 10/10. Jay showed up quick and fixed the issue like a plumbing superhero! He explained his work, how to avoid the problem happening again, cleaned up, and charged a very reasonable amount. Hire. This. Guy.

Prices are calculated based on the depth of work needed. How much time it'll take, how much parts will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First make contact. Discuss the issue in a professional manner. Set an appointment to either look at work or give an estimate. Once i know what the issue is i will give options on either replacement or repairs. Once price is agreed on I'll get the job done. Make sure work area is clean and have the client check out the work and ask if anything else needs attention before collecting payment and walking out the door.

I have 20 + years of hands on training, i have site safty training , OSHA 30 hour training , Rinnai tankless water heater training , journey man card
