- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are calculated based on the depth of work needed. How much time it'll take, how much parts will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First make contact. Discuss the issue in a professional manner. Set an appointment to either look at work or give an estimate. Once i know what the issue is i will give options on either replacement or repairs. Once price is agreed on I'll get the job done. Make sure work area is clean and have the client check out the work and ask if anything else needs attention before collecting payment and walking out the door.
